About

GoMono Nerd Font is Go Mono patched with Nerd Font glyphs. This Homebrew cask installs font files, not an application, and supplies 12 specific files:

  • The Propo and Mono filename variants each have regular, bold, italic, and bold italic files. These labels describe the width of the added Nerd Font glyphs, not necessarily the font as a whole.
  • Files without a width suffix are also available in regular, bold, italic, and bold italic styles.
  • Nerd Fonts adds icon glyphs to developer-focused fonts.

Install with brew install --cask font-go-mono-nerd-font. After installation, select the installed GoMono Nerd Font style by name in your editor or terminal’s font settings; installing the cask does not select it automatically.

The cask provides only the listed files, not every possible Go Mono or Nerd Font variation.

Install and uninstall

Homebrew installs the font in ~/Library/Fonts, where Font Book can use it.
