Crest turns the MacBook notch into a widget dashboard with Now, Home, Work and Code pages. It also works as a small pill at the top of screens without a notch.

The free tier includes music with synced lyrics, a file Shelf, searchable clipboard history, window snapping and answering Claude Code, Codex and GitHub Copilot CLI prompts. Pro adds calendar and reminders, notes, system monitoring, batteries, weather, SSH hosts and other widgets. Take and Minutes controls require those separate apps.

Requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later on Apple Silicon or Intel. Downloading and the free tier need no account; signing in starts a seven-day Pro trial. Paid one-time and subscription options are available. Widgets run locally, but account, licence and update checks and selected online features use network services; anonymous install counting can be disabled.
