Ukrainian Unicode Layout

Ukrainian Unicode Layout is a macOS keyboard layout that combines Ukrainian and English layouts with typographic symbols placed in intuitive positions. It provides Ukrainian-specific characters such as ї, є, ґ and ₴, and makes additional symbols available through the Option modifier. For example, Option with C produces ©, Option with R produces ®, and Option with H produces ₴. The layout also includes an English layout.

• Switch between the Ukrainian and English layouts through macOS input sources.
• Use Option, the default modifier, to enter typographic and other mapped symbols.
• Includes mappings for Ukrainian-specific characters and typographic marks such as the ellipsis.

Install with brew install --cask ukrainian-typographic-keyboard. A reboot is required for the installation to take effect. After installation, select the layout in System Preferences → Keyboard → Input Sources. This is a keyboard layout, not a standalone typing application.
