About

Pond brings things saved from X, Instagram, Pinterest and other supported sources into a library on your Mac. Organize items in folders, search the library and import an Eagle library while keeping its folder tree. Saving from the web and connecting sources require the Pond browser extension.

An optional Assistant can search your library using your own AI provider or a locally hosted model. Pond also offers local MCP access. External AI services may charge separately or require an existing subscription; the application itself is free, as stated on its official website, and its code uses the MIT license.

Mac requirements: macOS 13 or later, with separate native Apple Silicon and Intel downloads. Source imports use your own authenticated browser session; respect platform terms and the rights of content owners. This listing is based on official documentation and download inspection, not a hands-on app review.
