About

Zhuque Fangsong is a Fangsong typeface project by TrionesType, intended for text typography and designed with the aim of supporting multiple languages. Its visual starting point is Nan Song, a Chinese movable typeface introduced in 1932. The design adapts that historical model for modern typesetting, moderating stroke contrast and regularizing forms while retaining characteristics of the original.

How to install Zhuque Fangsong on Mac

  1. In Terminal, run: brew install --cask font-zhuque-fangsong
  2. Homebrew installs the font in ~/Library/Fonts, where Font Book can use it.
