M PLUS 1p is a font family distributed here as seven TrueType font files. The included files provide named weights from Thin to Black; install the styles you need and choose the installed font in an application that lets you select fonts. This package installs fonts, not a separate application.
Included styles: Thin, Light, Regular, Medium, Bold, ExtraBold, and Black. Homebrew places these files in ~/Library/Fonts on macOS.
Install with brew install --cask font-m-plus-1p. After installation, select M PLUS 1p and the desired weight in a compatible application. The package contains the listed weight files; this listing alone does not establish full character coverage or other typographic features.
