MesloLG Nerd Font families (Meslo LG) is a set of font files patched with additional icon glyphs from the Nerd Fonts project. This Homebrew cask installs Meslo LG font files; it is a font package, not an application.

The files include Meslo LG variants such as MesloLGLNerdFont, MesloLGMDZNerdFont, and MesloLGLDZNerdFont, with mono and proportional forms. The package also includes MesloLGSNerdFontPropo-Regular.

The files include regular, bold, italic, and bold italic styles, but not every style is present for every variant.

Install with brew install --cask font-meslo-lg-nerd-font. After installation, select an installed Meslo LG Nerd Font variant and style by name in your editor or terminal’s font settings. This installs fonts rather than a standalone app.

How to install MesloLG Nerd Font families (Meslo LG) on Mac

  1. In Terminal, run: brew install --cask font-meslo-lg-nerd-font
  2. Homebrew installs the font in ~/Library/Fonts, where Font Book can use it.

Download the same file Homebrew uses: github.com/ryanoasis/nerd-fonts/releases/download/v3.5.1/Meslo.tar.xz
