RStudio Daily 是 RStudio 桌面应用的每日构建版本，定位为专注于 R 和 Python 的数据科学软件。每日构建版本供测试使用，不建议一般用途；如需日常工作使用，请选择稳定版。
- 为 macOS 提供 RStudio Desktop 应用，名称为
RStudio.app。 - 每日构建页面发布 RStudio Desktop 构建版本，并将当前 macOS 构建标为通用版本，适用于 macOS 14+。
- 使用前需要安装 R。该 cask 提供两种安装方式：
brew install --cask r-app安装 R Project 的官方二进制文件；brew install r安装 Homebrew 编译的 R 版本，但不包含图形界面应用。 - 此 cask 与稳定版
rstudiocask 冲突，因此不能同时安装。
使用 brew install --cask rstudio@daily 安装每日构建版。cask 元数据允许 macOS 12 或更高版本，但当前每日构建页面列出的 macOS 构建版本适用于 macOS 14+。使用 RStudio 前，请通过上述方式之一另行安装 R。关于稳定版，每日构建页面指引用户访问 posit.co。
