介紹

Logseq is an open-source knowledge-management and collaboration application built around connected notes. The project emphasizes privacy, longevity and user control. Its documentation covers linked pages and blocks, task management, PDF annotation, plugins and themes.

Database version and file-based graphs

The current Homebrew package installs Logseq 2.0.2, part of the database (DB) beta. This is distinct from the earlier file-based 0.10.x releases, whose workflows use Markdown and Org-mode. Do not assume that every file-graph feature or plugin behaves identically in the DB version.

In DB graphs, pages and blocks are collectively called nodes. Both can be referenced with double-bracket links, tagged, given properties and embedded in other notes. Linked and unlinked references help connect related information. Properties support text, numbers, dates, checkboxes, URLs and references to other nodes. Tags and structured views support workflows such as tasks, journals, queries and cards.

Installation and safe testing

Install with brew install --cask logseq. Homebrew provides an Apple Silicon DMG and a separate Intel build, installs Logseq.app and requires macOS 12 or newer. The official web application is available at https://app.logseq.com/.

The DB version remains beta software. Upstream warns that data loss is possible and recommends automated backups or regular SQLite database exports. Use a dedicated test graph and a noncritical project before migrating important material. The README describes real-time collaboration and the new mobile app as alpha features; availability and behavior should not be treated as stable guarantees.

Versions and visual assets

The latest three backend-recorded versions are 2.0.2, 2.0.1 and 0.10.15. Version 2.0.1 announces the first DB beta; 2.0.2 documents editing, import, sync and reliability work. The older 0.10.15 release fixes YouTube embeds and updates Electron. The attached official repository screenshot is a historical file-graph interface, not a screenshot of the 2.0 DB beta.

--zap 還會刪除 Homebrew 定義裡列出的設定、快取等檔案，其中可能有其他應用共用的資料，刪除後無法恢復；它也不保證沒有任何殘留。請先備份需要保留的資料；如要保留設定和快取，請不要加 --zap。

Logseq 安全嗎？

Logseq 收錄在 Homebrew 官方軟體庫中，沒有被停用。自 2026 年 9 月起，Homebrew 會停用沒有通過 macOS Gatekeeper 檢查的應用。安裝時，Homebrew 會用 SHA-256 校驗值核對來自 github.com 的安裝檔。過去 30 天，它透過 Homebrew 安裝了 365 次。
