介紹

Dusklight is a reverse-engineered reimplementation of Twilight Princess. Its official site says it brings the adventure to PC and mobile platforms and requires you to provide a dump of your own copy of the original game to run it.

The project describes these characteristics:

  • Cross-platform support through the Aurora compatibility layer, including Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Graphics that can run at higher resolutions and frame rates than the original hardware allowed.
  • Gameplay options for a more authentic or modern experience.
  • A modding system for trying or creating mods.

The Homebrew cask installs the macOS app. Install it with brew install --cask dusklight, then open Dusklight.app from Applications. The cask requires macOS 12 or later. You must supply your own original-game dump to run Dusklight.
