iloader is a cross-platform desktop utility for installing SideStore and other applications on an iPhone or iPad. The macOS Homebrew package distributes the official universal DMG from nab138's GitHub release. The project describes Homebrew itself as a community-maintained, unofficial installation route; the repository and iloader.app are its official download sources.
Installation and pairing
Connect your iOS device to the computer, open iloader, sign into your Apple ID in the application and choose an action such as installing SideStore. The official README says usbmuxd is included on macOS. iloader can install SideStore or LiveContainer with SideStore, import certificates, and place remote-pairing and lockdown pairing files automatically. It also imports arbitrary IPA files; only install software you are authorized to use.
Device and developer management
Manage pairing files for supported applications, including SideStore, StikDebug and Protokolle. Inspect and revoke development certificates and app identifiers. Intelligent error suggestions help with common failures. The application offers a View Logs command and adjustable log levels; macOS diagnostic files are stored under ~/Library/Application Support/me.nabdev.iloader/logs. Treat account information, certificates and pairing files as sensitive data.
Recorded version and project status
Version 2.3.6 fixes extension ALTAppGroups for the AltStore widget and embeds pairing data and ALTDeviceId when importing AltStore for remote AltServer. Earlier recorded releases improve pairing and handle intermittent HTTP 429 failures. Upstream says development is focused on a future iloader-next overhaul; proposed web support, redesigned UI and new authentication options are roadmap items, not features established for this installed version.

The source code is MIT licensed. Branding and media assets have separate restrictions. The official README credits Transistor for the icon.
