Présentation

Photonico Code is a monospaced slab-serif font designed for programming and scientific writing. The Homebrew cask installs one file: Photonico.1.7.Regular.ttf, the Regular style. It installs a font, not an application; after installation, select Photonico Code in a compatible application. For coding, choose it in an editor or terminal that supports monospaced fonts.

The project describes the font as retaining ligatures and features from Fira Code. It documents Latin, Greek, Cyrillic and math symbols, and shows character variants and stylistic sets. This describes the project’s stated character coverage and features; it does not establish complete Unicode coverage.

Install with brew install --cask font-photonico-code. The project provides VS Code settings for selecting the font and configuring ligatures, including the cv01 and ss02 feature tags. The cask installs only the Regular file listed above, not a set of additional styles.

Comment installer Photonico Code sur Mac

  1. Dans « Terminal », exécutez : brew install --cask font-photonico-code
  2. Homebrew installe la police dans ~/Library/Fonts, où Livre des polices peut l’utiliser.

Installer sans Homebrew

Téléchargez le même fichier que Homebrew : github.com/Photonico/Photonico_Code/releases/download/1.7/Photonico.1.7.Regular.ttf

Le SHA-256 vérifie seulement que le téléchargement est complet ; ce n’est pas une certification de sécurité. Voir le SHA-256 et l’adresse de téléchargement

Désinstaller Photonico Code et nettoyer éventuellement ses données

Commande de désinstallation
brew uninstall --cask font-photonico-code

Une désinstallation standard supprime l’app mais conserve ses réglages et ses caches.
