Présentation

IPA Fonts installs four Japanese font files: IPA Gothic and IPA Mincho in fixed-width forms, plus their proportional P variants. These are the IPA Fonts, not the separate IPAex Fonts.

The included files are ipag.ttf, ipagp.ttf, ipam.ttf, and ipamp.ttf. The official description distinguishes the fixed-width Gothic and Mincho fonts from the proportional-width IPA P Gothic and IPA P Mincho fonts. The package places these files in the user’s ~/Library/Fonts directory.

To install, run brew install --cask font-ipafont. After installation, select the installed IPA font by its name in the font menu of a compatible application; this package installs fonts, not an application. The official information notes that IPA Fonts from version 003 onward follow the IPA Font License and that their character forms follow JIS X 0213:2004 examples, which can differ from fonts following JIS X 0208:1997.

Comment installer IPA Fonts sur Mac

  1. Dans « Terminal », exécutez : brew install --cask font-ipafont
  2. Homebrew installe la police dans ~/Library/Fonts, où Livre des polices peut l’utiliser.

Installer sans Homebrew

Téléchargez le même fichier que Homebrew : moji.or.jp/wp-content/ipafont/IPAfont/IPAfont00303.zip

Le SHA-256 vérifie seulement que le téléchargement est complet ; ce n’est pas une certification de sécurité. Voir le SHA-256 et l’adresse de téléchargement

Désinstaller IPA Fonts et nettoyer éventuellement ses données

Commande de désinstallation
brew uninstall --cask font-ipafont

Une désinstallation standard supprime l’app mais conserve ses réglages et ses caches.
