Présentation

Inter is a typeface family designed for a broad range of uses, from detailed user interfaces to marketing and signage. Its design balances legibility in smaller text with clean, carefully shaped forms for larger display settings.

  • Text-oriented designs use a tall x-height and details intended to aid reading at smaller sizes; display-oriented designs emphasize smooth curves and fine detail.
  • The family includes true italic styles and provides OpenType features such as contextual alternates, tabular figures, fractions, and alternate characters.
  • Inter is a font family, not an application. The official site describes it as free and open source under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; consult the license for its terms.

Install the font with brew install --cask font-inter. Once installed, choose Inter by name in the font selector of a compatible application, such as a document editor or design tool. Installing the cask does not install an app.

Comment installer Inter sur Mac

  1. Dans « Terminal », exécutez : brew install --cask font-inter
  2. Homebrew installe la police dans ~/Library/Fonts, où Livre des polices peut l’utiliser.

Installer sans Homebrew

Téléchargez le même fichier que Homebrew : github.com/rsms/inter/releases/download/v4.1/Inter-4.1.zip

Commande de désinstallation
