    TrellisWM 0.9.6: camera-style pinching and full-screen handling

Adds camera-style pinch zooming and full-screen restoration, reduces idle captures, and fixes cross-display dragging, Spaces, previews and license activation.

    New

    • Pinching the Desk now moves the camera: windows scale with their tiles, then settle when released. Reshaped windows display content at their final size instead of stretching it.
    • Hold Option (⌥) to pinch or two-finger pan. Settings → Gestures can allow these actions on bare desktop without Option.
    • A docked window returns to its tile after leaving full screen; a floating window returns floating.
    • A new application icon.

    Improved

    • Captures window pictures only during motion or previews, with fewer captures while pinching or dragging dividers.
    • Leaves always-on-top windows such as Google Meet picture-in-picture alone; TrellisWM Settings stays above arranged windows.

    Fixed

    • Dragging between displays keeps the original pointer grab position.
    • Chrome tabs torn into windows can dock or join a group where dropped.
    • Windows that exceed a previously inferred maximum size fill their tile again.
    • Closing a window in an out-of-view Space no longer leaves an unclosable tile.
    • Switching Spaces no longer imports the other Space's hidden windows and tabs, and windows still arriving can dock after a display switches Space.
    • Two-finger screenshot-selection resizing no longer zooms the workspace.
    • Window pictures no longer appear shrunken during resizing; previews use their own application's icon.
    • Corrects the menu-bar preview size on non-Retina displays.
    • Explains failed license activation and fixes activation on Macs with empty or very long names.
