Designed by Jeremy Mickel with creative direction by Forest Young. The base Redaction family is the clean drawing; numbered families use progressively degraded bitmap-derived forms. Each family includes Regular, Bold and Italic. Supports Latin text, localized forms, fractions and superior figures. Distributed under SIL OFL 1.1; installed as font files, not a desktop application.

How to install Redaction 35 on Mac

  1. In Terminal, run: brew install --cask font-redaction-35
  2. Homebrew installs the font in ~/Library/Fonts, where Font Book can use it.

Download the same file Homebrew uses: github.com/google/fonts.git

Uninstall Redaction 35 and optional data cleanup

Uninstall command
brew uninstall --cask font-redaction-35

A regular uninstall removes the app and keeps its settings and caches.
