About
Powerline Symbols is a font package that installs one OpenType file, PowerlineSymbols.. The Powerline project provides statuslines and prompts for applications including Vim, shells, and tmux; this package supplies a font file associated with that project, rather than installing the Powerline software itself.
- Includes the
PowerlineSymbols.font file.otf - The file is installed in
~/.Library/ Fonts/ - The Powerline project supports statuslines and prompts in several applications.
Install it with brew install --cask font-powerline-symbols. After installation, select Powerline Symbols as the actual font in an application that supports font selection and where you want to display Powerline symbols. Installing this package does not install a statusline plugin or configure an application.
