Noto Sans Mono CJK SC is a monospaced font for Simplified Chinese text. The installed files provide two styles: Regular and Bold. The Noto CJK guide notes that resources with “Mono” in their names use half-width ASCII glyphs by default.

  • Includes NotoSansMonoCJKsc-Regular.otf and NotoSansMonoCJKsc-Bold.otf.
  • Designed as a font resource, not a standalone application.
  • Install it with Homebrew Cask: brew install --cask font-noto-sans-mono-cjk-sc.
  • After installation, select the installed font by name in a compatible application to use it. For coding or other monospaced text, choose it in an editor or terminal that supports custom fonts.

How to install Noto Sans Mono CJK SC on Mac
