Noto Sans Egyptian Hieroglyphs is a font for displaying Egyptian hieroglyphs. The Homebrew Cask installs one file: NotoSansEgyptianHieroglyphs-Regular.ttf, the regular style in TrueType format. This is a font package, not an application.
