    Symbols
Updated punctuation, symbols, and selected glyph outlines.Monospaced ⸺ and ⸻ now use 1 EM, with ccmp support for full width.

LXGW WenKai GB 1.522 revises a large set of Chinese characters and several Hangul forms, and adds Han characters and superscript/subscript letters. It corrects the character 䝉, which had been drawn as 𫎇, and updates selected glyphs and symbol outlines. Some Light-weight symbols were replaced with the original Klee One Regular forms.

The release adds chws and vchw for font-level punctuation compression, plus a dash-joining feature. The monospaced build removes dlig to avoid affecting the font's display in editors. Vertical ascender and descender values are set to 500 and -500 to address overly wide line spacing in some vertical-layout environments.

Other changes include revised punctuation and symbols, Unicode variation sequences for centered punctuation, and a 1 EM design for monospaced ⸺ and ⸻ so terminals can recognize the font as monospaced; environments supporting ccmp can display them as 2 EM or 3 EM lines. The release also changes some radical glyphs to composite forms and redraws part of Extension A in coordination with related projects; 1,500 characters remain AI-generated.
