About

Archivo is a typeface available through Google Fonts. The Homebrew cask installs two variable TrueType font files for use by applications that let you choose installed fonts.

  • Includes Archivo[wdth, wght].ttf for upright text and Archivo-Italic[wdth,wght].ttf for italic text.
  • Both installed files use variable font axes for width (wdth) and weight (wght).
  • This cask installs font files, not a separate application.

Install with brew install --cask font-archivo. After installation, select Archivo in the font menu of a compatible application. For coding or monospaced text, choose it only if it suits that use; the supplied information does not establish that it is a coding or monospaced font. The installed files identify the included styles, but do not establish full Unicode coverage or ligature support.
