About

Breitbandmessung is the desktop internet speed-test app from Germany’s Bundesnetzagentur. It measures the actual data transfer rate of your internet connection and lets you compare the result with the rate agreed in your contract.

The desktop app can also help document a connection that may not meet its contractual performance. It is distinct from the service’s browser-based measurement, which checks browser performance while browsing, and from the separate Mobilfunk-Check app for mobile network testing.

How to install Breitbandmessung on Mac
