About

Cloudflare WARP is the beta macOS app for connecting through Cloudflare’s WARP service. Cloudflare describes the service as a way to modernize the connection between a device and the Internet, and to encrypt more outgoing traffic to help prevent snooping.

  • Provides the WARP service on macOS through a packaged application.
  • Uses Cloudflare’s network; the official product site describes the connection as designed to be fast and reliable.
  • The official site distinguishes the full WARP service from WARP+, which offers subscribers access to a larger network. This Homebrew cask is the beta app; it does not establish a WARP+ subscription.
  • Requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and conflicts with the separate cloudflare-warp cask.

Install with brew install --cask cloudflare-warp@beta, then open Cloudflare WARP and follow its setup flow. This is the beta cask variant, not the separate standard cask.
