介紹

PDF-Over is a macOS application for signing PDF documents with Austria’s ID Austria or Bürgerkarte. You can open a document by dragging it into the app, place a signature box on the page, and complete the signing process with approval in the ID Austria app.

Adjust the appearance and placement of a visible signature box.
Use a preset profile for an official administrative signature, or replace the signature box with an image such as a company logo.
Add an invisible signature recorded in the PDF’s metadata rather than shown on the page.
Work with PDF/A-compatible documents.

To install the Homebrew cask, run brew install --cask pdf-over. PDF-Over requires Java 8 or later; Homebrew’s suggested installation command is brew install --cask temurin. The supplied cask installs the macOS application and provides downloads for both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. The project’s current release line supports 64-bit systems.

Signing requires the relevant Austrian signing method; completing the ID Austria flow involves approval in its app. PDF-Over is a document-signing tool, not a general-purpose PDF editor.

如何在 Mac 上安裝 PDF-Over

在「終端機」中執行： brew install --cask pdf-over
Homebrew 會把應用安裝到「應用程式」資料夾。

PDF-Over 安全嗎？

PDF-Over 收錄在 Homebrew 官方軟體庫中，沒有被停用。自 2026 年 9 月起，Homebrew 會停用沒有通過 macOS Gatekeeper 檢查的應用。安裝時，Homebrew 會用 SHA-256 校驗值核對來自 technology.a-sit.at 的安裝檔。過去 30 天，它透過 Homebrew 安裝了 16 次。
