安裝與開始使用

使用 brew install --cask chatgpt 安裝，再從 Applications 開啟 ChatGPT.app 並登入。也可下載官方安裝程式。開始對話、選擇專案或本機資料夾，再選取 ChatGPT 或 Codex。在 ChatGPT 中，選擇 Chat 進行對話，或選擇 Work 進行研究與成果製作。僅附上任務所需的檔案或背景資訊，並檢查產生的變更。已安裝的 Mac 應用程式可以檢查更新；受管理的組織可能透過裝置管理控制核准的版本。

系統需求、相依項目與衝突

帳號、費用與授權

桌面安裝程式不另收購買費用。ChatGPT 提供免費與付費方案，各有不同的模型存取、使用量上限及功能供應範圍。訂閱、點數與工作空間選項請以目前價格頁為準。Codex 也可在支援的工作流程中改用 API 金鑰，另有 API 費用與功能限制；ChatGPT 訂閱不會自動包含 API 使用量。桌面軟體與服務的使用受 OpenAI 適用條款規範。開放原始碼的 Codex 元件各有其授權；不應將其授權套用至整個桌面應用程式。
