Super Productivity
Super Productivity contributors · An open-source task planner with timeboxing, time tracking, focus sessions, issue-tracker integrations, notes and optional encrypted synchronization.
Descrição
Super Productivity is a free, open-source task management and time-tracking application with a macOS desktop distribution, other desktop and mobile clients, and a browser version. Its official repository documents an MIT-licensed project driven by its community, with no account required for local use.
Plan tasks and time
Organize tasks with projects, tags, subtasks and color coding. A planner and schedule timeline place tasks alongside calendar events. Kanban and Eisenhower Matrix boards provide visual sorting. Timeboxing and time tracking support timesheets and work summaries for export. Focus mode offers Pomodoro, Flowtime and countdown sessions, with break reminders and personal productivity metrics.
Integrations and context
Issue integrations include Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Trello, Gitea, OpenProject, Linear and other providers. They can import assigned tasks, manage local planning details, create work logs and notify about changes. Basic CalDAV support is documented. Task and project notes, attached files and project bookmarks keep contextual information nearby. Plugins and custom themes extend behavior and appearance.
Data and synchronization
The project states that it does not collect user data and lets users decide where their data is stored. Optional backup and synchronization support includes Dropbox, WebDAV and SuperSync, an end-to-end encrypted service that can also be self-hosted. Check the official web-versus-desktop comparison for platform limitations.
macOS and recorded versions
The Homebrew artifact for 19.1.0 is an Apple-silicon DMG. The latest three backend-recorded versions examined are 19.1.0, 19.0.1 and 18.21.2. The official 19.0.1 release explicitly collects changes from several earlier unpublished releases; those combined notes must not be attributed wholesale to 18.21.2.
