Beschreibung

LibreOffice Language Pack adds a selected interface language to an existing matching LibreOffice installation on macOS. It is an add-on for the office suite rather than a separate word processor, spreadsheet or presentation application.

The current linked package artifact remains the 26.8.0 Apple Silicon en-GB language pack, while version history also lists 26.8.1. Its download-size metadata refers to the linked 26.8.0 language-pack DMG.

Setup and compatibility

Install the matching LibreOffice application first, then use the language-pack installer for the same suite release and Mac architecture. This catalog artifact is the 26.8.0 Apple Silicon en-GB language pack. The official suite requirements are macOS 11 or later, an Intel or Apple Silicon processor, 512 MB RAM and up to 800 MB disk space for the suite; this smaller language download does not replace that installation. Close LibreOffice when directed by its installer and reopen it to select the installed interface language.

LibreOffice is a free, open-source office suite. The publisher states that LibreOffice is available under Mozilla Public License 2.0, with additional components under various open-source licenses; consult the installed LICENSE and License Information for the specific distribution.
