Beschreibung

Hind is a typeface family designed for user-interface text, with support for the Devanagari and Latin scripts. The Homebrew cask installs five OpenType font files: Light, Regular, Medium, SemiBold, and Bold. Select the installed Hind style in a compatible application to use it; this package installs fonts, not a separate application.

The design combines humanist forms with mostly monolinear strokes, open apertures, and many flat stroke endings. The Devanagari and Latin components are proportioned to sit together in text. The project describes the family as suitable for interface design and electronic display embedding, and notes support for major Devanagari-script languages and basic Western Latin typesetting.

Install with brew install --cask font-hind. After installation, choose the desired Hind font style in the application where you want to use it.

Installed font files: Hind-Light.otf, Hind-Regular.otf, Hind-Medium.otf, Hind-SemiBold.otf, and Hind-Bold.otf.

So installieren Sie Hind auf dem Mac
