Beschreibung

Codicon is an icon font based on Visual Studio Code icons. The Homebrew cask installs one font file, codicon.ttf, in the user’s ~/Library/Fonts folder; it does not install a standalone application.

  • The font turns icons into glyphs that can be selected in applications that support installed fonts.
  • The project provides a Visual Studio Codicon Lookup for previewing and searching icons.
  • The project documentation describes CSS class and SVG sprite approaches for using Codicons in web content, including VS Code extensions.

Install with brew install --cask font-codicon. After installation, select the actual Codicon font in a compatible application’s font selector to use its glyphs. The cask installs only codicon.ttf; it does not install the project’s CSS, SVG sprite, or npm package.

So installieren Sie Codicon auf dem Mac
