Royal TSX
Royal Apps GmbH · Public beta of Royal TSX for macOS, combining remote connections, file transfer, and infrastructure management in one desktop app.
About
Royal TSX is a macOS desktop application for remote management. This Homebrew cask installs the public beta variant, not the separate stable cask. It requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later and conflicts with the royal-tsx cask.
The beta includes several kinds of remote access and management:
- Connect to remote desktops using RDP, and browse HTTP/HTTPS sites in the app.
- Use VNC and Apple Remote Desktop connections, with capabilities such as drag-and-drop file transfer when connected to a Mac.
- Browse and transfer files through FTP, SFTP, SCP, and S3; S3-compatible services are also supported.
- Manage Proxmox VE virtual machines and containers across hosts or clusters, including starting, stopping, rebooting, and opening guests in the Proxmox web interface.
- Organize connections with split tabs, a Quick Access toolbar, and recent searches.
Install with brew install --cask royal-tsx@beta. The beta page cautions users to back up documents, preferences, and settings before installing a beta release. It also states that this major-release beta can be used with a V6 key; a new license key will be required for the stable release, with upgrade keys provided to customers with active software maintenance.
