Official 3.6 changes for the catalog build 3.6,36002:
- Contact category suggestions can use the most frequent category, the latest receipt, no suggestion, or a fixed default that takes precedence. Selected receipts can rerun text-layer recognition or reread amounts, date and vendor.
- Damaged libraries can recover their info file from backup or create a repaired copy, optionally recovering orphaned files as documents. Option in the document list switches Open PDF Document/Open Original to Save As. The feedback form adds region screenshot capture.
- Long repairs, copies and exports show progress; exports can be cancelled and partial files are removed. GrandTotal imports give clearer macOS automation-permission guidance. Dialog translations are updated.
- Fixes cover iPhone scan trimming, preserving manually selected categories, email drops before launch, clearing watched iCloud folders, avoiding library overwrite, opening older originals, unsupported-file errors, localized links and fallbacks, unreadable attachments and App Store exports. Rare crashes and cloud-library migration are addressed.
The vendor groups these notes under 3.6; it does not publish a separate change list labeled 36002.
