About
Miln Movie Splitter creates a folder of shorter movie sections from a source movie. It can detect embedded chapter information and split at chapter markers, or divide a movie into halves, quarters, custom sections, or regular durations.

- Trims exported sections without re-encoding, leaving the original movie unchanged.
- Processes exports in the background and can queue multiple sections.

Install with brew install --cask miln-movie-splitter, then open Movie Splitter from Applications and choose a movie and splitting method. The official site lists macOS 10.13 or later as supported. It also notes that the app is no longer available through Apple’s Mac App Store.
