Added ZenTokyoZoo-Regular.ttf at Version 1.002.The source revision is not a formal font release.

The Google Fonts distribution repository added the declared file ofl/zentokyozoo/ZenTokyoZoo-Regular.ttf with the build version string Version 1.002; ttfautohint (v1.8.3). The ttfautohint text is build-version metadata, not a claim that a new hinting feature was introduced. This evidence covers this one font file only. The repository revision is not a formally numbered font release. Source revision.
