About

Tiro Devanagari Hindi is a typeface for Devanagari text. This Homebrew cask installs two TrueType font files: the regular style (TiroDevanagariHindi-Regular.ttf) and the italic style (TiroDevanagariHindi-Italic.ttf).

Both files are placed in the user's ~/Library/Fonts directory. The cask installs these two styles; it does not install a separate application. To use the fonts, select the installed Tiro Devanagari Hindi style in an application that supports custom fonts, such as a word processor or design tool. The available styles are regular and italic.

Install with Homebrew using brew install --cask font-tiro-devanagari-hindi. After installation, reopen or refresh the application’s font list if the styles do not appear immediately.

The installed font files are:

  • TiroDevanagariHindi-Regular.ttf
  • TiroDevanagariHindi-Italic.ttf
