SF Mono for Powerline
Apple Inc. · A personal-use SF Mono font patched for Powerline glyphs, supplied in regular, italic, and multiple weight styles.
SF Mono for Powerline is a font you can install on a Mac.
About
SF Mono for Powerline is a monospaced font based on Apple's SF Mono and patched for Powerline glyph support. It is intended for personal use. The font files are installed as fonts, not as an application.
The Homebrew cask installs 12 OTF files: upright and italic files in each of six weights—Light, Medium, Regular, Semibold, Bold, and Heavy. Powerline glyphs can be used for status lines and shell prompts in software that supports them.
Install on macOS with brew install --cask font-sf-mono-for-powerline. After installation, select the installed SF Mono for Powerline font in a compatible application where you want to use it, such as an editor or terminal. Installing the font does not itself install or configure a Powerline status line or prompt.
The project describes the font as supported on macOS, Linux, and Windows, while the Homebrew cask installation command is for macOS. Font files alone do not establish complete Unicode coverage or ligature support.
