About

National Park is a typeface inspired by the router-carved lettering found on signs in America’s national parks. Its design process starts with vector skeletons modeled on the paths a router would follow, then adjusts the forms for legibility at different weights and applies optical refinements.

The Homebrew cask installs eight font files: Regular, Light, ExtraLight, Medium, SemiBold, Bold, and ExtraBold in OTF format, plus a variable TTF file. The typeface is described as intended to balance the character of its inspiration with legibility and versatility across different sizes.

Install it with brew install --cask font-national-park. After installation, select the installed National Park font in an application that supports custom fonts, such as a design or document app. This package installs fonts; it does not install a separate application. The installed files are the specific styles listed here, not a claim that every possible style or language character is included. The official site provides the typeface’s background and download information.
