Monaspace Frozen

Monaspace Frozen is a collection of static TTF fonts from the Monaspace type system, a superfamily designed for displaying code on screen. This Homebrew cask installs font files; it does not install a separate application.

The installed files cover five named families: Argon, Krypton, Neon, Radon, and Xenon. Across the collection, filenames identify styles including regular, italic, bold, and other weights, as well as standard, semi-wide, and wide widths. The exact installed font files include only the variants listed for this cask; the Monaspace website describes the broader font system, which should not be taken as a promise that every family has every variant in this package.

To install, run brew install --cask font-monaspace-frozen. Then select the specific installed Monaspace font by name in a compatible application’s font settings. For coding, choose it in a code editor or terminal that supports custom fonts. Installing the files alone does not configure an application to use them.

The official Monaspace site describes its type families and code-oriented design. Font files are provided in TTF format; the package listing does not establish full Unicode coverage or support for particular shaping features such as ligatures.
