Repairs GSUB substitutions and corrects pinyin readings.
Removes the alternate lookup that corrupted the GSUB table, fixes stylistic-set indices and multi-character context rules, and corrects erroneous pinyin data, including the default readings for 开/開 and 还/還. Rebuilds both font files.
