About

Maple Mono Normal NL is a monospaced font preset. The Maple Mono site describes its Normal preset as resetting unusual glyph shapes while retaining a JetBrains Mono-like style, including a slashed zero. The supplied cask installs two variable-font files: a regular face and an italic face.

Characteristics:

  • Monospaced design, intended for coding and other text where aligned characters are useful.
  • Variable weight, allowing weight selection in software that supports variable fonts.
  • Includes regular and italic files; the installed set is limited to these two files.

Install with brew install --cask font-maple-mono-normal-nl. After installation, select the installed Maple Mono font by name in a compatible editor or terminal; installing this cask adds fonts, not an application. Availability of variable-weight controls depends on the software using the font.
