Maple Mono Normal
subframe7536 · A Maple Mono Normal monospace font preset with variable-weight regular and italic font files.
About
Maple Mono Normal is a monospace font preset from the Maple Mono family. The official site describes this preset as resetting the family’s more unusual glyph styling, with a look similar to JetBrains Mono and a slashed zero. This Homebrew cask installs the Normal preset, not the separate Maple Mono Nerd Font variant.
- Includes two variable-font files: regular and italic, each with a weight axis.
- The preset enables a set of OpenType features, including
cv01,cv02,cv33,cv34,cv35,cv36,cv61,cv62,ss05,ss06,ss07, andss08. - The font is intended for coding; the Maple Mono site also describes configurable glyphs and ligatures for the broader family.
Install with brew install --cask font-maple-mono-normal. After installation, select the installed Maple Mono Normal font in a compatible application, such as a code editor or terminal, to use it. Installing this cask adds fonts; it does not install a separate application. The included files do not establish complete Unicode coverage or ligature support in every application.
