Iosevka SS12 is a font variant in the Iosevka typeface family, a monospace and quasi-proportional family designed for code, terminal use, and technical documents. This Homebrew cask installs the SS12 variant as a single TrueType Collection file, IosevkaSS12.ttc; it does not install an application.

  • The Iosevka family includes sans-serif and slab-serif designs, as well as monospace and quasi-proportional subfamilies. These family-level characteristics do not imply that every subfamily or style is included in this SS12 cask.
  • Iosevka’s monospace subfamilies support OpenType stylistic sets and character variants for changing the appearance of selected characters.
  • Monospace subfamilies support ligatures. Their display depends on the application’s OpenType feature settings.
  • The family is intended for coding, terminal use, and technical-document preparation.

Install with brew install --cask font-iosevka-ss12. After installation, select the installed Iosevka SS12 font in a compatible application’s font settings; for coding, choose it in an editor or terminal that supports font selection. The cask installs only the listed IosevkaSS12.ttc file, not every Iosevka style or variant. How to install Iosevka SS12 on Mac

  1. In Terminal, run: brew install --cask font-iosevka-ss12
