The variable font changes wght linkedUserValue from 300 to 600; this is not a new feature of the selected static fonts. FullTTF and Hinted-Full archives separately include Light, Medium, DemiBold and ExtraBold. Light and ExtraBold use extrapolation and may show outline anomalies.

LGC and EX support language-specific OpenType locl variants; TTC archives are for applications without locl support. Builders need the latest FontForge development branch for character-variant UI labels: the October 2025 release drops cvXX labels. The option to omit the two special glyphs was also added recently.
