This Homebrew cask installs iA Writer-derived Nerd Font files, not an application. Nerd Fonts is a project that patches developer-targeted fonts with additional glyphs, including icons.
The installed files include regular, italic, bold and bold italic styles across selected width variants. The file list includes iMWritingMonoNerdFont, iMWritingDuoNerdFont and iMWritingQuatNerdFont variants, including names with Propo or Mono; not every family and variant has every style. Nerd Fonts describes monospaced, double-width and proportional glyph versions.
Install with brew install --cask font-im-writing-nerd-font. After installation, select an installed font in an application that supports custom fonts. For coding or terminal use, choose a monospaced variant; proportional variants are also included. These files do not install or configure an editor or terminal.
