About

HeavyData Nerd Font (Heavy Data) is a patched Heavy Data font with additional glyphs from the Nerd Fonts project. This Homebrew cask installs two regular TrueType font files: HeavyDataNerdFont-Regular.ttf and HeavyDataNerdFontPropo-Regular.ttf. The Nerd Fonts project lists the Heavy Data monospaced family as HeavyDataMono Nerd Font; the second file is the proportional variant.

  • Adds Nerd Font glyphs to the Heavy Data font for applications that use those symbols.
  • Installs the listed regular monospaced and proportional font files; it does not install other styles in a complete font family.
  • This is a font package, not an application.

Install with brew install --cask font-heavy-data-nerd-font. After installation, select the desired Heavy Data Nerd Font variant in a compatible application’s font settings. For coding or terminal use where fixed-width text is needed, choose the monospaced variant. Installing the font does not automatically select it in an application.

The available evidence establishes the included font files, but does not establish full Unicode coverage or ligature support.
