About

GFS Neohellenic is a font family available through Google Fonts. The Homebrew cask installs four font files in the user’s ~/Library/Fonts folder:

  • Regular: GFSNeohellenic.ttf
  • Bold: GFSNeohellenicBold.ttf
  • Italic: GFSNeohellenicItalic.ttf
  • Bold italic: GFSNeohellenicBoldItalic.ttf

To install it, run brew install --cask font-gfs-neohellenic. After installation, select the desired GFS Neohellenic style from the font menu in an application that supports installed fonts. This package installs fonts; it does not install a separate application. The available files document these four styles, but do not establish broader Unicode coverage or ligature support.
