Concert One is a typeface available through Google Fonts. This Homebrew cask installs one font file: ConcertOne-Regular.ttf, the regular style.
The cask places the file in ~/Library/Fonts/. It installs a font, not a separate application. After installation, select Concert One in the font menu of an application that supports choosing installed fonts.
