About

CodeNewRoman Nerd Font is the Nerd Fonts-patched version of Code New Roman. Nerd Fonts adds extra icon and symbol glyphs to programming fonts. This Homebrew cask installs a specific set of nine OTF files, not a font application.

The installed files provide regular and bold styles, plus italic files for regular and mono variants. They include mono and proportional Nerd Font glyph variants as well as the standard Nerd Font regular and bold files. Nerd Fonts describes its patched fonts as incorporating glyphs from collections such as Font Awesome, Material Design Icons, Octicons, and Powerline.

Install with Homebrew:

brew install --cask font-code-new-roman-nerd-font

After installation, open your editor or terminal’s font settings and select the installed CodeNewRoman Nerd Font face. Installing the cask makes the font files available to applications; it does not install or launch an app.
