BIZ UDGothic is a font you can install on a Mac.

About

BIZ UDGothic is a font family available through Homebrew Cask. This cask installs two TrueType files: regular and bold. It installs fonts, not a separate application.

  • Included files: BIZUDGothic-Regular.ttf and BIZUDGothic-Bold.ttf.
  • Both files are placed in ~/Library/Fonts.
  • The installed files provide regular and bold styles; the cask does not install other family files.

Install with brew install --cask font-biz-udgothic. After installation, select the actual BIZ UDGothic font in an application that supports custom fonts, such as a document or design application. Installing the files does not by itself change the font used by your applications.

Install and uninstall

Homebrew installs the font in ~/Library/Fonts, where Font Book can use it.

Install without Homebrew

Download the same file Homebrew uses: github.com/google/fonts.git

Uninstall command
$ brew uninstall --cask \font-biz-udgothic

A regular uninstall removes the app and keeps its settings and caches.
