Ark Pixel 10px Monospaced is a font you can install on a Mac.

About

Ark Pixel 10px Monospaced is the 10-pixel, fixed-width variant of Ark Pixel Font, a pixel-style sans-serif family. The Homebrew cask installs seven OpenType font files, each tailored to a language or regional glyph convention:

  • ark-pixel-10px-monospaced-latin.otf for Latin-script text.
  • ark-pixel-10px-monospaced-zh_hans.otf, zh_hant.otf, zh_hk.otf, and zh_tw.otf for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Hong Kong, and Taiwan conventions.
  • ark-pixel-10px-monospaced-ja.otf and ko.otf for Japanese and Korean conventions.

Characters use half-width or full-width spacing to support alignment. This monospaced design constrains glyph height and line height, and its character coverage is more limited than the proportional variant. The project is in active development and notes that many characters are still missing, so do not assume comprehensive Unicode coverage. Regional files apply different glyph conventions; choose the one appropriate for the text you work with.

Install with brew install --cask font-ark-pixel-10px-monospaced. Then select the installed font in a compatible application; for coding, choose it in an editor or terminal that supports custom fonts. This package installs font files, not a separate application. Font files are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
