DesignCraft

DesignCraft is a free, open-source page layout and publishing app by the ArtCraft team, rebuilt in Rust. It runs natively on macOS, Windows and Linux, with a browser build using WebAssembly.

Create spreads and parent pages, link text frames into stories, and work with paragraph and character styles, swatches, text wrap and a paragraph composer. The official sample magazine demonstrates multi-column typesetting, wrapped pull quotes and page folios.

The project is still in development. The official website states that there is no subscription, licence server or telemetry. The macOS 0.4.0 download is a universal DMG.
